About: Swing Dev is our Hitting program at The Grind House that works on a membership basis. The focus of the program is to develop bat speed, proper mechanics, and translate learnings into the game.
How does it work?
- If you are 14 or older, we require an assessment at the facility. The assessment will entail a baseline measurement of skills, techniques, and metrics.
- If you are younger than 14, we will offer you a trial class to get started so that you can have a good sense of the program and training environment
- Choose your frequency and membership. Our team will meet with you after your trial class to discuss your membership options
- Take advantage of your membership. We are a membership facility, so your success depends on your willingness to take advantage of our programs. We will push you as far as you are willing to go.
